Dr. Alka Mehta, MBBS, MD (Dermatology), is a pioneer in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. With over 30 years of expertise and over 1 million patients treated, she has established an international reputation for competence and innovation. Dr Alka founded AR International Holdings Ltd., a UK-based organisation dedicated to reinventing skincare and healthcare through world-class techniques.
Her career began in India, where she received medical degrees and worked for the health department for 21 years. She built a network of skin care centres that provided advanced dermatological treatments in neglected areas. Dr Alka has received various accolades for her achievements, including the European Medical Association’s International Award for Best Medical Practices. She was also nominated for the prestigious Queen Victoria Medal for her groundbreaking invention of the world’s first domain-based diagnosis software in dermatology.
As a keynote speaker and lecturer, Dr Alka motivates the next generation of aesthetic medicine practitioners. Her commitment to information sharing underpins the purpose of the National Institute of Derma Aesthetics.

Rajiv Rai is the Managing Director of AR International Holdings Ltd. in the United Kingdom, and he is a visionary entrepreneur who is committed to using technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to benefit humanity. Rajiv combines academic distinction with real-world innovation, having earned a bachelor’s degree with honours and a master’s degree from Punjab University (Chandigarh, India), as well as a Diploma in AI from the Wharton School of Business (USA).
Rajiv is well-known for his ability to turn breakthrough ideas into profitable commercial endeavours. He has played a key role in building franchise models and joint ventures in a variety of industries, including stock market software, health care, and hospitality.
Rajiv, the Co-Founder and CEO of AR Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, is driving global expansion through technology, particularly the creation of AI-enabled self-diagnosis software for skincare and healthcare. His leadership exemplifies the organisation’s aim of bringing the “Best of the World to the Rest of the World.”

Her professional experience includes work in technology, media, telecommunications, and finance. Ankita brings a wealth of business knowledge and a deep grasp of people development through a balanced life-work approach from her previous job at Deloitte, a Fortune 500 organisation.
Her global viewpoint, developed via significant travel to India, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Singapore, and the Middle East, is critical to the international expansion of the AR Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Based in Toronto, Ankita spearheads the organisation’s global development, ensuring its innovative footprint reaches across boundaries.

He judges the Miss Universe Great Britain competition and is a pioneer in aesthetic treatments for the LGBTQ+ community, providing solutions for both feminine and masculine traits.
Dr. Wong has written two internationally regarded books on aesthetic medicine and appears frequently on British television. As the Medical Director and Dean of Academics at AR Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, he conducts masterclasses around the world, providing highly specialised training in advanced Botox, fillers, non-surgical rhinoplasty, facial feminisation and masculinisation, and 3D facial aesthetics.
He also had an important role in creating and approving aesthetic courses in the United Kingdom, setting a benchmark for excellence in aesthetic medicine education.
